Role Requirements
- An evident interest in engineering as a subject: This may include hobbies or voluntary work or previous work experience or engineering related school subjects
- Strong desire to learn and develop
- Strong worth ethic with a can-do attitude and approach
- Be a team player
- Proactive and able to use your initiative
Role Responsibilities
Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship, you will be working alongside our experienced engineers, and you will learn and obtain experience in the field of locks and associated security products. You will be taught, and put into practice, engineering skills which will be key for becoming a permanent member of the team
This will include:
- Front line problem solving
- Gain experience in a variety of departments
- Building different types of lock components
- Constructing high-security locks
- Working with skilled engineers and learning to programme, set, and run a range of machines
- Attending college when required
