*The finish was tested by Microbiological Solutions Limited (MSL), Gollinrod, Walmersley, Bury, BL9 5NB, UK. Test reference J001493. MSL used Feline Coronavirus instead of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV2). The test was in accordance with BS ISO 21702:2019. This showed the finish killed 66% of Feline Coronavirus after 2 hours (this is a 2 hour test).

Covid-19 is not currently available for commercial testing. Industry experience suggests that the closest indicative results come by testing a surrogate strain. Coronavirus strain is used as a responsible and indicative test until such times as SARS CoV-2 (COVID-19) is made available by the relevant health authorities for testing.
