Surelock McGill’s Touch Bar for the mortise Slimline is a life safety solution that is the first of its kind designed to reliably operate in environments at risk of ballistic, blast, and forced entry threats. It offers the highest levels of protection and functionality, combining reliable single-motion egress with exceptional security. The operator is designed explicitly for high-traffic locations such as data centers, industrial areas, and government buildings.
Our BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 and UL 305-listed mortise design prevents chaining of emergency doors, guaranteeing a clear exit path. With its distinctive 1" bolt retraction, the system—when combined with our Slimline multi-point lock—locks automatically on closure to block unauthorized entry.
Built from Grade 316 stainless steel, the Touch Bar endures over 1,000,000 cycles without compromising performance. Its design unites safety and resistance, ensuring dependable operation when time is most critical.
