Barrier Bolt
The Barrier bolt is a distinctive horizontal two-point deadbolt that enables a door to be swiftly secured against imminent attack. The bolting system provides high resistance to bolt-end pressure from a crowbar or similar tool without the use of a key operated deadlock.

operations
Exit - Depress the top trigger restraint (the snib) and then the lever handle to retract the bolt. Until the top restraint is returned to its original upright position it will allow the free movement of the door, pulling it back up again to its original position and the handle back up again will re-secure the door.
