Slimline Fail Safe & Secure

The Surelock McGill Slimline Fail Safe & Secure is a multi-threat multi-point locking system that enables access controlled entry and exit into a building with the addition of a power failure mode, enabling mechanical key entry and single-handed exit into and from a building or specific area where power has been lost or alarm triggered. In both access control and mechanical modes the multi-point deadlocking device secures automatically upon closure.

operations
Entry - Access control entry to release the deadlock (with optional key override in case of power failure) and lever handle to retract the bolting system. Upon door closure the bolts will automatically engage and secure if used with appropriate restraint keep. If power is lost the locking system will be in a fail secure mode.

Exit - Access control to release the deadlock and lever handle to retract the bolting system. If power is lost to the system, the system allows immediate single-handed means of escape by operating the lever handle. The Slimline can additionally be connected to a fire alarm or break glass panel to activate this mode.
