Zeus

The MICO Zeus is a surface-mounted five-point bolting system designed specifically for commercial hollow metal doors. Three stainless steel bolts secure the door horizontally into the frame, while two hinge bolts provide additional strength on the opposite side. When combined with a lever handle or panic bar, the MICO Zeus provides single-motion emergency egress. An optional lockable trim can be added to provide secure external entry for authorized personnel. The stainless steel construction and robust design of the MICO Zeus will protect your facility and employees for years to come. The system can be easily installed on existing doors using a through-bolt method without requiring a door replacement.

Our upcoming 3-knuckle security hinge range is designed and manufactured for heavy-duty security doorsets. The Grade 316 stainless steel hinge pins alongside the internal linear and thrust bearings ensure outstanding performance and endurance. Successfully tested to ASTM 3038 up to 15 minutes on selected doorsets, these mortise-fitted hinges withstand forced entry attempts targeting the weakest points of the door to protect your premises against compromised access.
