Introducing The Trent
At Surelock McGill we have developed a heavy duty, lockable handle trim that works in conjunction with our flagship locking solution: the Slimline. The Trent lockable handle enables operational changes from Electronic Access Control to Mechanical Code Access or Free Access.
The Trent provides an ideal solution for synagogues and faith schools adhering to the sabbath rules in place for when electricity can and cannot be used. These buildings require a multi-functioning lock that offers secure, controlled access on the days when electricity is being used, as well as the days it is not.

Working in conjunction with a single or multi-point access control Slimline, the Trent is an optional feature providing a choice of controlled, keyless entry.
The first of its kind, this robust, coded handle is tested and certified up to LPS 1175 B3 (SR2)* withstanding attempts of forced entry and providing an ideal solution when both life safety and security needs must be met.

ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL
Electronic Access Control mode limits access to authorised personnel via 3rd party access control hardware. In Electronic Access Control mode the Trent allows the access control system to provide audit control and monitoring of who has entered the building or room.
In this mode, users can be granted access via electronic means of authorisation. This enables access to be revoked instantly, increasing the control and security of the premises.
